• All equipment carries a standard one-year warranty and a 3-month warranty for electrical components.
• All equipment can be changed within 7 days after purchase.
• No goods will be dispatched before the funds are cleared in our account.
• Damages during transportation of good(s) by the customer are not covered by our warranty.
• For repairs after purchase, please note that you either bring the goods to our warehouse or pay a call-out fee for the technician to come to you.
• Incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, wear on parts (heating, elements, switches, lights, etc.) as well as defects caused by misuse of the appliances are not covered by the warranty.
• The compressor warranty is only valid if the condenser unit is kept clean, this is to be confirmed by a qualified technician.
